Owned and operated by Mario Rodriguez since 1989, Mario’s Upholstery is housed at 46900 Pacific Woods Road, (inside the former parts building at Junior’s Auto Care Center) in downtown Gualala.
Mario dreamed of opening his own upholstery shop after he came to the United States in 1985 from Zacatecas, Mexico. Mario has developed and honed his upholstery skills for more than two decades. He opened in the current location in 2021.
A master pattern maker, Mario makes his own patterns as needed for each project. We can reupholster just about anything and everything — from cushions, chairs, couches, furniture, window seats, headboards, pillows, restaurant remodels , to car and boat seats and lawn furniture!
Mario’s Upholstery offers a wide selection of fabrics and colors, sample books, cut to order foam, notions, and more. We work with your fabrics too.
